Service Description
In an increasingly fast-paced world where being productive is the norm, finding peace and calm can be a challenge for children and adults. By living more slowly, knowing how to breathe, giving yourself space to get more in touch with yourself and surroundings, listening to meditations, you will reduce tension and stress. Stress damages the ability to react thoughtfully and not impulsively, it damages self-confidence and the ability to deal positively with strong emotions in a positive way. You choose more consciously and allow yourself to be truly present. Just by taking a step back sometimes, you can enjoy the moment more, connect more with the world around you and ultimately live a life that is more balanced. By making small changes you can already live more slowly and consciously. With this workshop, I would like you to experience that through very beautiful meditations, breathing exercises, and consciously taking a moment to reflect on your daily movements & activities, an attitude will emerge that will allow you to set your own boundaries sooner. Available as individual sessions or group practice (max. 4 people).
