2020. Specialised in MBSR for Children and Adolescents.

2023. Completed an eight-week practical training, delivering MBSR courses in schools to children and teachers, in both English and German.

2023. ​​Completed the Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living (MBCL) eight-week training in December 2023 with Accare, led by Frits Koster.
