Service Description

The MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) program is designed to support employees or students in group settings by fostering mindfulness, emotional awareness, and resilience in the workplace. The program is delivered over a series of sessions tailored to the needs of the organisation, focusing on themes such as enhancing focus and productivity, improving emotional regulation, managing workplace stress, and cultivating patience, empathy, and effective communication. Additional areas include techniques for managing performance pressure, including exam-style stress, and developing the art of active listening for better collaboration and teamwork. Through interactive discussions, group exercises, and practical mindfulness techniques, participants gain tools to handle workplace challenges with greater ease and composure. The program offers significant benefits, such as increased concentration and productivity, reduced negative thoughts and stress, improved relaxation, better sleep quality, and enhanced emotional well-being. Individuals also develop greater confidence, improved respect for themselves and their colleagues, and a calmer, more constructive response to workplace pressures and interpersonal challenges. Sessions are conducted in a supportive group environment and last between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 minutes, with the number of sessions tailored to the organisation’s specific goals and the participants' needs. This flexible approach ensures a meaningful and impactful experience, promoting a healthier, more balanced workplace culture. Can be held in a variety of organisation settings such as schools, rehabilitation/youth centres and hospitals.
